General Requirements:
- Must be at least 17 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
- Valid identification and authorization to work
- Reliable transportation to job sites
Skills & Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not required; training provided)
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs
- Capable of bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Professionalism & Conduct:
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in clients' homes and businesses
- Adherence to company dress code and hygiene standards
Other Requirements:
- Background check (required for residential cleaning)
- Drug testing (if applicable to company policy)
- Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to complete training and follow company protocols
